California History Activity Group
The California History Activity Group meets most months throughout the year for an on-campus activity day or a field trip. The group’s focus is on the 3rd and 4th grade but HCS enrolled siblings are invited to attend.
Field trip transportation is provided by parents and a signed Non-District Transportation Form indicating this must be submitted to the school.
Activity Days and Field Trips will be announced via Parent Square with an accompanying form to register for the day or trip.

California Indians Activity Day
Hickman Charter School
Projects will include acorn pounding, spear chucking, Indian games playing and an artifact display. Meet at the tree between the 80's rooms to sign in.

California Statehood Activity Day
Hickman Charter School
Activities will include pioneer and statehood crafts,
creating a large stenciled Bear Flag replica, wooden toys and making flapjacks.
